In the Loop
- Moving in circular path at constant speed requires an inward force
- Although roller coaster loops (speed not constant and not circular loops) follow concepts of uniform circular motion due to a similar path
- The net force on rider has an inward direction
- Greatest speeds at the bottom of the loop (entering and leaving the loop)
- Lowest speeds at the top of the loop.

For centripetal force;
Fc = mac
